Front of House

**The Hart Spa Sevenoaks** is a multi-award winning Skin and Beauty Salon and is well known for its excellent customer service and innovative treatments.

We are currently seeking professionals and well-presented individuals with previous 5* experience in a similar front of house role. The individual must be professional, reliable, have excellent interpersonal skills and excel in written English and Grammar. This is a challenging role, that will have initial, on-going training and senior support and is a fantastic opportunity for passionate Front of House staff, who are interested in career progression and to work alongside an outstanding team.

The Hart Spa, is a fast-growing business headed by Paula Clipsham, a skin and advanced laser specialist, speaker and author with over 30 years experience in the industry and supported by an exceptional team of skin, beauty and salon professionals.

The Hart Spa offers a range of advanced skin treatments including Morpheus8, Collagenwave, Dermalux LED, Environ DF, Forma, CACI, Cosmelan, Skin Pen, Mesoestetic Peels, Soprano Titanium Laser Hair Removal, Lumecca Skin Rejuvenation and Thread Vein Removal as well as tradition beauty services such as LVL, massage, manicure and pedicures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Meeting and greeting clients, providing a 5* experience for all clients.

Dealing with client queries in a polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company's professional image at all times. 

Arriving and checking out clients according to the booking system and dealing with clients who are late and whom have not attended their appointments. 

Taking correct payments and accurately maintaining client accounts, invoices and financial records. 

Maintaining filing systems, ensuring all documentation needed for treatments and patient consultations are always printed and organised.  

Ensuring the Spa and all areas within, are always immaculate, clean and tidy for our clients.

Closing up, ensuring end of day banking is reconciled and correct. 

Preparing clients records and individual clinic lists for therapists according to their diaries and treatments booked. 

Managing the diary and booking treatments and correct rooms for correct treatments.

Helping to promote the business through excellent customer service, initiative and assisting in marketing projects and open events as directed by management. 

Taking and passing on relevant messages to relevant colleagues. 

Supporting clinic managers and team members with additional duties as and when needed. 

Maintain a strong knowledge of all treatments performed at the clinic and products (training will be provided) in order to offer correct information and support on treatments and services when communicating with clients.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:  **

Background in working at a similar practice, clinic or business.

A strong communication with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Well-presented, confident, punctual, reliable, intuitive. 

Able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail. 

Able to deal with complex issues fast and efficiently putting clients first at all times.

Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Act in a professional, friendly, polite and positive manner at all times.

**Must be available to work at least one evening per week until 8pm, every other Saturday, plus an additional day per week to cover holidays or sickness when required.**

**No holidays are granted during July or December as these are our busiest months of the year.**

**Part-time: 3 days per week 22-30 hours per week.**

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
