**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are organised
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence and maintaining office supplies
- be able to confidently use social media

**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
