Groundskeeper

**About us**

Private Estate on the edge of Kintbury. A small team looking after some of Berkshire's most beautiful grounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain grounds, lawns, and gardens.
- Watering trees and hedges.
- General weeding.
- Operate and maintain power tools and other equipment.
- Perform general maintenance duties such as painting, minor repairs, and cleaning.
- Perform manual labour such as digging, raking, and lifting heavy objects.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Follow safety protocols when using power tools and other equipment.
- General tractor work, mowing, harrow etc. must be experienced in large tractor operation.

We are looking for someone to join on a self-employed basis initially with the possibility of changing to employed later.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hungerford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
