Coach Driver

Established in 1952, Slacks Coaches are a family run business providing high quality coach travel throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. From our base in Matlock, Derbyshire, our services include a wide selection of holidays, day excursions, private hire and contract services using our extensive fleet of modern coaches.

We pride ourselves with a strong reputation for the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

You will provide services for a variety of customers for local, UK and international transfers, school trips, excursions. Work schedules can involve differing hours of work with early and late start and finish times.

We expect our drivers to maintain high levels of professionalism throughout, offering a friendly, helpful and courteous service to passengers at all times.

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Experienced Coach or Bus Driver with a category D licence
- Well organised and reliable individual with a tidy and smart appearance
- Good past employment record
- Used to dealing with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Able to cope with sometimes challenging situations, while never losing focus on safe driving priorities
- Living within easy daily travelling distance of our Matlock depot
