Customer Service Adviser

**Job description**
We are looking for a team member to join our customer services, who has a proven track record of strong customer centred skills and is passionate to go above and beyond expectations, you will need to be confident, patient and allow your empathy to shine through at times due to our customer needs. We encourage fresh thinking, “I can do attitude” and welcome a smiling face every day into our team You will be joining a fun and friendly team at Jorvik tricycles of York, we endeavour to help our customers find the perfect E- tricycle (electric assisted tricycles) in our range to fit their own needs, our customers come from all abilities and disabilities from young to old, based in our head office in Wheldrake, York, we have a showroom and an online website in 6 different countries and sell worldwide. We pride ourselves on our quality, service, and knowledge.

Basic computer skills
**Details**:
Full time-permanent - Wheldrake, York
(We would advise that own transport is required due to location and lack of public transport.)

**Salary**: Starting £23,000.00 per year Plus a Bonus Scheme
