**Business Analyst - Cloud Transformation - Circa £65K - Remote / Swindon**
**Overview**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market leading Financial Services organisation, with a huge project pipeline We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to focus on exciting digital transformation projects across the organisation. Our client havea flexible approach to home working but will require occasional trips to their HQ's located in Swindon.
- There are some clear priorities for the Business Analyst team over the next financial year, including major projects around: - Cloud security management - Cloud risks and controls - Metrics & Reporting_
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act in an advisory position to assist business design delivery
- Elicit, analyse, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders
- Create Requirement Strategy, Requirement scope, Requirement Plan, Manage BA resource, end-to-end Business Analysis/Architecture knowledge
- Gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
- Document the user stories and acceptance criteria, manage non-functional requirements
- Create as-is/to-be process maps, customer journeys
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies
- Work closely with the Architects/Technical stakeholders on non-functional aspects and participate in solution, feasibility analysis discussions

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Strong experience in process mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and experience to work well in a collaborative environment
- Have experience in JIRA, Confluence, Visio and Agile ways of working
- Have experience in requirement analysis and elicitation
- Experience working in Waterfall as well as Agile methodologies.
- Experience in conducting workshops and sessions to identify business requirements and address pain points of the customers.
- Expertise in defining Target Operating Model and writing High Level Operational Designs
- Experience in articulating functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proficient in Business Process mapping, creating AS-IS, TO-BE business processes.
- Experience in Business and IT Readiness activities during solution roll out.

**Package**:

- Basic salary - up to £70K
- Annual bonus scheme (up to £6.6K)
