** Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- ** Customer Experience**: Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in the showroom, offering expert advice on products and helping them make informed decisions.
- ** Sales Management**: Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets.
- ** Inventory Management**: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate stock reporting, and manage product replenishment to keep the showroom fully stocked.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Ensure that all showroom operations are carried out efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- ** Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues, and present them to senior management with actionable insights.
- ** Avaliability**: Need to be flexible to work across evenings and weekends.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a leadership position in a similar retail management role, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, particularly in visual merchandising.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage showroom operations efficiently.
- Please note this is a full time position, 40h per week, working 5 days over 7. It will include a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts._
