Auction Valuer

Full-time. Permanent.

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for any experienced estate agency valuers.

Our clients are a highly-successful property auction house with partnered agents across the region.

They are looking for an experienced valuer who can not only advise potential clients of the benefits of a sale by auction but also engender dynamic working relations with their agents to ensure the auction route is a well-considered and consistently-promoted method of sale.

1.Experience of valuing/selling property
2.An understanding of the auction operation.
3.Ability to engage with partner agents.
4.Have a proven track record.
5.People management skills.
6.Good diary management and self-motivation skills.

**Hours of work**: Monday Friday with flexibility being important (some Saturdays may be required)

This role will involve travelling across the region.
