Passenger Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Passenger Assistant to join our team. As a Passenger Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers during their travel experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet passengers and provide a warm welcome
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
- Help passengers with their luggage and belongings
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey
- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manor
- Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
