**Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant**:

**Working Hours**: Monday and Tuesday, 8:15 am - 3:45 pm (with a minimum break)
**Start Date**: Monday 24th February 2025
**Duration**: Approx. 6 weeks
**Salary**: £90 per day (dependent on experience)

**About the Role**

Are you an enthusiastic **Early Years Teaching Assistant** looking to make a real difference? In this role, you'll be working closely with the class teacher and nursery nurse to support 45 children in their learning and development, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate** with the class teacher and nursery nurse to deliver high-quality education.
- Support the **EYFS curriculum**, delivering activities that are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
- Create and maintain a **safe and nurturing environment**, where every child feels supported and valued.
- Foster positive relationships with children, supporting their **emotional, social, and educational** growth.
- Manage classroom **ratios** effectively, ensuring individual needs are met with care and attention.
- Be an integral part of a **supportive team**, working together to provide the best learning experiences for children.

**Key Requirements**
- **Level 3 qualification** in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- A genuine **passion** for early childhood education and a desire to support children’s development.
- Excellent **communication skills**, with the ability to work collaboratively with children, staff, and parents.
- An **Enhanced DBS clearance** (required).
