**Hours: 16 hours (2 days a week - flexibility on set days)**
**Location: Middle Wallop, Andover, SO20 8DY**
We are recruiting for an Administrator as part of a new Defence contract based at the Army Barracks in Worthy Down.
The Administrator will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client. Their primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as helpdesk, ordering plant/materials, invoicing as well as supporting with Reporting aspects of the contract.
- Previous administration experience
- Strong Excel skills and ability to filter data on a spreadsheet
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Happy to have a background check due to office location
You would be responsible for:
- Providing general business administrative support
- Loading job requests via the electronic platforms (Maximo & Excel spreadsheets)
- Supporting the creation of reporting
- Attending client / customer meetings in a note / minute taking capacity
- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed
- Assisting senior management team when needed
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10,666.00 per year
