Job Summary:
We have a great opportunity for someone to come and join our team.

**Domestic**

Over the next two years I have ambitious plans in refurbishing a cottage in Tetbury.

Works include:
New Rear extension, roof works, skylights, Landscaping.

New Barn/ workshop with associated basement, Landscaping.

Full refurbishment of the main property.

Domestic solar project.

Domestic water harvesting project.

To name a few Working alongside myself, and other trades, you have the exposure and interaction on all elements of the above. A lot can be learnt

**Commercial**

We also run a very successful commercial property maintenance company in Bristol. We have numerous blue chip customers who we support. Working alongside our refurbishment and maintenance teams again you will have the opportunity to lean even more skills and progress within the business.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, and plastering
- Assist with the installation of fixtures and fittings
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Operate hand and power tools effectively
- Complete tasks in a timely manner

Skills:

- Proven experience as a labourer in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Valid driver's licence

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a labourer in construction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Health and safety certification is desirable
- Full UK driving licence is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
