**Description**

The Accounts Manager role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship between the company and their clients; to work closely with Account Directors, senior colleagues and clients to manage projects at a macro and micro level, deliveringclient requirements to an exacting standard within required timeframes; to be a hands on team player in a dynamic, fast moving environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day client communication, account management and account administration on every assigned account while seeking to develop, grow and sustain trust-based relationships with every client inc. contact and status reporting, financial forecasting,estimate preparation and complex amends cycles.
- Work with Account Directors to take the brief from, and be responsible for, confirming it with the client, translating the client's communications objectives into clear, accurate and actionable project plans and deliverables
- Creation of all project estimates and associated paperwork under direction of senior Client Services colleagues
- Manage the timely and profitable delivery of all client work, executing all client briefs to the highest standard, collaborating with content consultants, designers, copywriters and creatives as required. Manage client expectations clearly, including deliverytimings, costs, format restrictions etc.

**Profile**

The successful Account Manager will ideally have a background in a Marketing/PR/Communications agency, alternatively a strong understanding of working to the demands of different clients is needed.

The individual will have:

- A degree-level qualification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a project management/coordinator role in a client-facing team
- Be a bright and proactive person capable of working at pace and juggling the demands of a busy role
- Excellent organisation skills with very high attention to detail
- Clear and concise communicator
- Positive can-do attitude

**Job Offer**

The Account Manager can expect to earn in the region of £28,000 - £34,000 dependent upon experience, with a hybrid working pattern, parking on site, 25 days holiday and other benefits.
