**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings, providing potential buyers with detailed tours and information.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle various administrative duties, including maintaining property listings, processing paperwork, and updating our CRM system.
- Work closely with other team members to meet customer requirements and deliver outstanding service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Reliability: Someone who is dependable and can be trusted to manage responsibilities independently. Availability on Saturdays.
- Enthusiasm: A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for property.
- Honesty: Integrity is essential; we value transparency and trustworthiness in all our dealings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Customer Service: A strong focus on delivering excellent service to our clients.
- Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.. You will require Business Insurance on your policy for this role.: Essential for conducting property viewings.
