Excellent opportunity to join this global leader in Consumer Electronics in this expanding team as they expand their services to operators across Europe. You will need to have experience of LTE RAN SW/HW Products with 4G and preferably 5G RAN SW/HW Productsexperience at an expert level, focus is on feature/functionality

You will work with customer RAN technical project design teams and define the customer requirements in LTE (4G) and 5G technology.
- Excellent knowledge in Trouble shooting and Test case planning and execution for other Mobile vendors. You will have strong communications skills working with customers and hands on test experience looking at test and acceptance of features and functionalityand preferably some RAN design skills.

Leading the generation of new and updating existing High level design and Low level design, IP plan and test documentation processes and procedures for LTE and 5G
- Prepare new Acceptance Testing processes and procedures from RAN Elements point of view using own knowledge/experience and information provision from higher design/support teams.

Support and execution of the Acceptance Testing phase(s).
- Provide support during Rollout of SW or implementation of features/functionality and attend technical discussions on deployment topics and issues
- Support customer interfaces/periodic forums regarding the current and future RAN technologies,
- Provide customer support for technical queries, technical clarifications, SW correction and update/upgrade verification testing as well as consecutive deployment activities

**You will**
- provide expert level knowledge and experience to support Networks solutions to customers
- Ensure the fulfilment of SW, HW and feature delivery (Design, Test, FOA) as required for customers.
- Ensure the support for RAN deployment contract(s) delivery as required
- To raise awareness of Network service capabilities within the RAN technology arena
- Provide expert support of Trials and Demo’s of solutions and equipment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Design
- Review and be aware of the required 4G/LTE and 5G features available within SW according to customer roadmap/requirements
- Create new and update existing high Level and low level designs ( with R&D support) for supported network element
- Review cycle management with the customer to achieve design acceptance for key project milestones.
- Customer acceptance
- Provide input for acceptance scope
- Lead the creation of acceptance Test Plans with R&D for the supported network element
- Execute the test cases and coordinate the support with R&D support resources
- Troubleshoot during the error and malfunction investigation in order to find the resolution and produce root cause analysis reports
- Review/sign off process for acceptance test cases
- Create exceptional customer relationships
- Ensure close co-operation and support liaison with R&D
