**What we’re looking for**

We’re on the hunt for an outstanding Sales Executive (Inbound Telesales). You will work within a fast-paced, high performing team that is delivering results.
You will be an experienced sales executive that has a history of achieving targets and earning a bonus or you will be motivated to learn sales from the ground up with a passion for assisting customers in their decision-making process.
- We work fast, intelligently and the current team is driven to perform and deliver results, you will fit with ease into that environment.
- First class influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively or the desire to have them.
- Background in B2B telesales selling into all levels of an organisation, or the desire to learn.
- Great customer service aptitude
- Must be confident conversing with clients over the phone around product a business topic.
- Strong organisational ability and be able to use Microsoft packages as well as CRM systems.
- A credible professional mentality and be effective at engaging with senior business figures
- Looking to grow their sales skills further and move their career forward**Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for answering the telephone to our customers, proposing quotations, assisting in selecting products and following up quotes.
You will be hungry to sell and along-side our team, delight our customers, every time.

**What's on Offer**
- Full time, permanent contract.
- Basic Salary of £24,500 - £27,500
- £500-1200 per month, achievable commission/bonus.
- Based in Durham.
- On-Job Sales Training
- Weekly and Quarterly incentive’s, on top of your bonus
- Free parking
- Immediate start Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £24,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
