**Eden Brown Synergy - Associate HR Business Partner - Part Time - South England**
Eden Brown Synergy are currently working alongside a leading Southern NHS trust to source a Associate HR Business Partner. This role will form part of the wider Workforce transformation programme team in supporting the delivery of the Trust programme vision.The post holder will also assist in managing the Workforce Transformation process across the three sites (Broomfield, Southend and Basildon hospitals including satellite sites). This role is offering a part time contract of three days a week (Monday, Wednesdayand Friday) and would be a wonderful opportunity for anyone looking for a HR opportunity in a highly flexible organisation.
**What This Role Entails**
**As an Associate HR Business Partner your responsibilities will include the following**:
- To act as a largely autonomous HR practitioner, providing highly specialist HR advice on a range of HR issues, with a particular focus on change management issues within the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSE).
- To be proactive in identifying and attending meetings at which HR input can positively influence good staff management practices and trends/ patterns requiring intervention, before providing the appropriate HR support.
- The post holder reports to the Senior HR Business Partners, delivering a HR service to the Trust and advice that is compliant with employment law, best practice and national guidance.
- The post holder will be required to represent the Trust at internal and external meetings and may be required to deputise for the Senior HR Business Partner at senior meetings as appropriate and required.
**The Requirements**
- Specialist knowledge of HR management theory and practice in the following indicative areas (Change management, recruitment and retention of staff, equality, diversity and inclusion)
- Significant knowledge of employment law in the following indicative and non-exclusive areas: (discipline and grievance, TUPE, organisational change including redundancy, contracts of employment, employment tribunal proceedings, discrimination, and publicinterest disclosures).
- Master's Degree or equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience
- MCIPD qualified or equivalent demonstrable experience of operating at a senior HR Level
- Evidence of continuing professional development
