**Job Title Branch Lettings Co-ordinator**

Business Area Residential Lettings

Reports to Team Leader

**Role Purpose**

To provide effective lettings administration to a highly profitable branch within our business

Team size / Span of control No direct line reports

**Main Accountability**
- Managing the Lettings renewals pipeline for the branch
- Liaising with both landlord and tenant before tenancy due to end to either renew the tenancy or process the notice.
- Corresponding with landlords and tenant to ensure a seamless renewal transaction
- Assisting with safety certificate renewals for Gas, EPC and EICR’s.
- Provide administration support to the lettings manager

**Knowledge and Expertise (including specialist and/or technical skills)**
- Basic IT skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Basic understanding of Lettings
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner

**Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role**
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- The ability to keep calm when under pressure and dealing with all customers at all levels.
- Diplomacy
- Positive attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 22.5 per week
