**Senior Client Engagement Consultant - London**

**Basic salary of £38,000 plus Uncapped Commission**

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Client Engagement Consultant to join our energetic and vibrant sales team based at our London office. Playing a pivotal role in the continuing growth of the business, you will be responsible for driving sales through lead conversion and managing client relationships to ensure the highest level of service excellence.

**If you’re interested in applying, we’re looking for someone who has**:

- Strong communication, presentation, verbal, and written skills
- Experience in the apprenticeship market would be highly desirable and knowledge of the educational sector and funding linked to apprenticeships.
- Experience of winning business with organisations whether that is in the apprenticeship space or wider training environment.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in previous role(s)

**In return you can expect**:

- A base salary of £38,000 increasing with experience -Uncapped commission.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Advising clients on the apprenticeship scheme and how best to utilise the funding available.
- Supporting levy paying organisations to develop a strategy to maximise the levy / revenue for Estio.
- Leading new business pitches and proposals to clients
- Managing client process from start to finish.
- Account management following client wins.
- Working to KPI’s to achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly targets.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within Estio and the wider business (BPP Education Group)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £38,000.00 per year
