Our bespoke CRM builds all these quotes in under 60 seconds All our products are installed UK wide through our Glow Green "Uber Style" Installers App, and our network of 2,000 live installers nationwide is growing by the day. With generating high volumes of inbound leads all year around for our mix product offering, it makes great earning commission realistic **About the role** - Receiving inbound calls / leads for those who have expressed interest on our in-house online lead generation or existing 700,000 UW customers; - Using our bespoke CRM, generate automated customer quotes for their new products - all technical training will be provided; - Closing sales to secure the business & managing your own sales pipeline; - Use any additional benefits and discounts available to you to obtain the sale; - 0% APR finance offering so our customers can pay nothing upfront; - Being part of a talented sales team, with ongoing learning and development. We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors who are self-driven and motivated, as we put 100% trust in our staff to do their job well without being micromanaged. In addition, we are looking for: - At least 1 years recent telesales experience; - Proven track record of achieving KPI's; - Motivated by exceeding targets and earning top commission; - Has a passion for sales and a hunger for being the best; - A great team player. **Benefits of working at Glow Green** As well as working within a relaxed and fun environment, you will also benefit from the following: - Competitive salary of £26k p/a; - Excellent commission structure, OTE of £60,000 p/a; - Opportunity to progress into selling PV solar, which has an OTE of £80,000 p/a; - Uncapped bonus scheme on all products; - Home or office working, however, you will need to attend the office for a minimum of 4 weeks training; - Early probation for employees who excel; - 28 Days annual leave entitlement (including Bank Holidays); - Company Chromebook; - Company pension scheme.
