We are looking for a support worker who is passionate about **Making a Difference.**It would be beneficial if you have experience working within a supported living environment but not essential.

The person we are supporting receives 1:1 support throughout the day with waking night support. They have a history of mental health diagnoses of OCD, Cerebral Palsy, and Hydrocephalus and have recently been diagnosed with Autism. They would like applicantsto the role to support them to build confidence in independent living skills. They would like support with the following:

- Medication.
- Support with morning and evening routines.
- Cooking.
- Maintaining my home and tenancy.
- Activity planning.
- Personal Care prompts.
- Support with medical appointments.
- Shopping.
- Laundry.
- Finance management support.

People placed within our services receive Person Centred support packages to ensure their individual needs are met whilst maintaining choice and control in their lives. Our staff strive to support each individual to increase and maintain their independenceby providing just enough support within their own home.

**Salary**

**£10.45 per hour**

**Shift Pattern**

**07:30 - 15:00**

**15:00 - 21:30**

**21:30 - 07:30**
