Pure is working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business in Colchester in search of a Payroll Advisor.
The position works alongside an HR Business Partner in supporting 2 sites in the UK. This role would suit someone supportive and approachable, with high attention to detail and a true passion for payroll.
- Payroll duties include inputting and checking all fixed and variable data, pension reporting. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the payroll lifecycle to drive a right first-time approach and continuously improve ways of working.
- Liaise with payroll provider regarding any payroll or system improvements or queries.
- Process pension payments with no errors and send payment reports to third party suppliers following close of monthly payroll cycle.
- Manage and maintain employee benefit schemes ensuring payments are made on time and new starter and leavers are kept up to date.
- Manage starters from recruitment and carrying out pre-employment checks to induction and ensuring details are correctly uploaded.
- Manage and maintain employee files.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all statutory and legal compliance is adhered to.
