About The Role***

We have a vacancy for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team based in Dartford

You’ll provide a professional hospitality service, ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered and will be the professional interface between visitors and staff

**You wi**ll**:

- Assist the Hospitality Supervisor/Hospitality Team in the accurate delivery of the hospitality service within the business. This may be for small or large meetings, training course or bespoke dining events.
- Ensure the highest standards of hospitality delivery and service for all Exec/Board level events
- Ensure standards of food and beverage presentation are maintained throughout the day.
- Ensure all meeting rooms/hospitality areas/ breakout areas are kept at a high state of cleanliness and are cleared continuously throughout the day.
- In the absence of the Hospitality Supervisor, manage all diary requests and ensure good communication with Abode management on capacity demands.
- In the absence of the Hospitality Supervisor, ensure stock order requests are passed over to Head Chef in a timely manner to allow for ordering and preparation.
- To liaise with the hospitality/event facilitator to ensure everything is to their satisfaction. Check that any allergen requests are delivered to the correct person and report back to hospitality supervisor or Front of House Manager any questions or concerns raised by the hospitality/event facilitator regarding allergens.
- Ensure all areas are cleared down at the end of each event and all stock and equipment returned to hospitality storage areas
- Ensure that products, equipment, and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled.

**Yo**u’ll need**:

- Previous experience in hospitality services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Recognised Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
