**Main Purpose**:
Provide full support to Group Operations on related responsibilities across the group portfolio, including but not limited to the function’s responsibilities regarding ESG reporting, Group travel and administrative support for Canopius’ Group wide Business Continuity (BC) and Operational Resilience (Ops Res) responsibilities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the function’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG) reporting requirements and initiatives that support reducing our energy consumption.
- Administrative responsibility for the firm’s corporate travel partner, Reed & Mackay - liaising directly with the R&M contact on service reviews and running MI for senior staff review.
- Provide administrative support for the on-going development and maintenance of the Ops Res and Business Continuity framework.
- Support the annual refresh programme of Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans - coordinating routine updates to the information supporting the Business Continuity Procedures (e.g., contact lists, hardware and software specifications and requirements etc)
- Support the review of third-party supplier contracts/service agreements ensuring they comply with and can evidence they are in line with Canopius’ Business Continuity and Operational Resilience requirements
- Administrative support for the annual Business Continuity testing and training programme, including content creation, slide generation, participant coordination etc
- Working with the Ops Res manager and internal Risk function support the annual stress testing programme for each designated Important Business Service.
- Support the Business Continuity manager with the tracking of improvement actions and strategy implementation to address our operating vulnerabilities.
- Working with the Head of Group Ops support the maintenance of the Group Ops intranet portal ensuring it remains relevant and up-to-date.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent administrative skills.
- Experience of working within a Risk and/or Ops dept
- Good written and verbal communication is required
- Good organisational and influencing skills required
- Must be able to work on their own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
