**About Us**:
Post Market Balham hosts a Foodcourt & Event Spaces in a vibrant and diverse establishment, bringing together the culinary delights of a food court, the excitement of event hosting, and the creativity of a podcast studio. We are dedicated to providing a unique and engaging experience for our visitors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team.

**THIS IS NOT A PAID POSITION HOWEVER ALL EXPENSES WILL BE PAID.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our foodcourt, event space, and podcast studio.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, showcasing the diverse culinary offerings, upcoming events, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of our podcast studio.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and foot traffic.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, user-generated content, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Manage the podcast studio's online presence, including promoting episodes, engaging with the podcast community, and exploring potential partnerships.
- Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to optimise content and strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and friendly manner.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a marketing, business, communications, or a related degree programme.
- Alternatively, currently attending a college programme with a focus on marketing, business, or communications.
- Strong passion for food, events, and podcasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their features.
- Creative mindset with the ability to capture the essence of food experiences and events through social media.
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
