**Experienced Joiner - Site-Based Role**

**Location**: Various Sites Across Cheshire & the North West

**Job Summary**

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a meticulous eye for detail, solid knowledge of construction principles, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality across residential and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Fabricate, assemble, and install wooden structures including doors, frames, windows, staircases, and bespoke cabinetry.
- Accurately measure, cut, and shape timber and other materials using a range of hand and power tools.
- Carry out precise joinery tasks on-site and in workshop settings.
- Assist with minor masonry work and structural alterations where required.
- Conduct repairs, adjustments, and refinishing work including sanding, painting, and sealing.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Lift and handle heavy materials and equipment as required.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum **10 years’ site-based experience** as a Joiner or Carpenter.
- Must have **own tools** and **own transport** - travel of up to **1 hour from WA16** will be required.
- High proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools (e.g. saws, drills, routers, sanders).
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques, construction methods, and site safety practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans with accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and a pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour, including lifting.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

**Desirable**
- Experience working on high-end residential builds or heritage property renovations.
- Basic masonry and general building skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
