**Summary**

We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team at Happy Tots Day Nursery in Barrow-in-Furness. This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing atmosphere for children's growth and development, aligning with our commitment to outstanding childcare services.
**Responsibilities**
**Develop and implement engaging educational programs for young children.**
- Create a safe and welcoming environment that promotes learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Observe and assess children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the nursery's educational offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery space.
- Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Qualifications**

**Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (essential).**
- **Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting (essential).**:

- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents (preferred).
- Leadership skills to guide junior staff (preferred).
- Management experience within an educational setting (somewhat preferred).
- Passion for child development and early education (essential).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.61 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Work Location: In person
