- **Early Engagement Officer (DA)** to join our amazing Operations Team based in Central London (Next door to the Tower of London, in fact)**As an Early Engagement Officer for Degree Apprenticeships, you’ll guide learners and their employers through our robust conversion and enrolment processes** ensuring that you achieve the highest levels of accuracy in line with ESFA apprenticeship compliance standards.**Your primary focus is to successfully progress our learners on to their degree apprenticeship programmes** and to provide advice and support for those embarking on their degree apprenticeship programme journey against specific measurable targets and KPIs.**Key Responsibilities**:
The main aspects of this exciting role are:
- Actively guide learners and their employers through the conversion stages of the early engagement process; consulting learners on how to meet compliance conditions, i.e. submitting outstanding documentation
- Timely and successful completion and submission of all required compliance documentation and information in-line with regulations and governance
- Conduct virtual enrolment calls with eligible learners and their employers, and complete registration documentation in accordance with ESFA funding rules
- Explain the Degree Apprenticeship journey in a learner-centric manner, providing the right level of information to clearly set expectations of what is required whilst on programme
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in submitting learner data to minimise compliance errors

**This role would be a great fit if you’ve got first-rate customer-service and communication-skills, but also if you can work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining very high standards.** This role calls upon you to work with and follow quite stringent ESFA funding rules, so you really will need to comfortable doing thatWe’d also love you to be able to tick the following boxes, too:
- Experience of working in Apprenticeships or education (desired)
- Experience of scheduling (desired)
- Team working and building relationships
- Results focused - dynamic, decision-making, efficient and effective
