As a Shift Manager at 23.5 Degrees Ltd, the starting wage is **£9.50 per hour.**

This role is **full time, fully flexible, weekdays and weekends.**

**As a Shift Manager you will**:

- Help your store partners make world class connections with the customers they see every day
- Be responsible in supporting the operations of the store and communicating positively and effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- You will successfully delegate tasks, coach, and lead by example.
- Support with staffing, customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
- Previous experience in hospitality or cafe background.
- Experience of delivering high quality customer service.
- Adapts quickly to change and makes timely, thoughtful decisions.
- Someone who can listen and communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Someone who can maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
23.5 Degrees Ltd is Starbucks first UK franchised partner, our name originates from where the best coffee grows - 23.5 degrees north and south of the equator.

Our first store, Liphook opened in February 2013, with our first Drive Thru in Basingstoke, opening 3 years later in June 2016 and now we have 87 stores with plans to keep growing.
