**Start date Tuesday 01st April 2025**
- Must have good excel skills, as the role is inputting numbers
- Must be thorough and be able to work quickly

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collate stock take figures;
- Enter stock data as collected into spreadsheets;
- Verify data and correct data where necessary;
- Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry;
- File and organise paperwork used to enter data into spreadsheets to keep a record of original documents;
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment;
- Adhere to company policies and procedures;
- As necessary, work out of the role in order to meet customer and business needs.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- General education;
- Current First Aid at Work Certificate (preferred);
- Effective time-management skills;
- Excellent development skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations;
- Ability to receive feedback and act on it, when necessary;
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
- Ability and willingness to acquire job-related skills and knowledge through self-development and by learning from others;
- Sensitivity and understanding;
- Good attention to detail;
- Background in Retail (preferred).
