**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist in meal preparation and food preparation as needed, supporting the kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for service, including arranging tables and chairs as required.
- Support the cook and other kitchen staff with various tasks to enhance overall efficiency in food service.
- Act as a liaison between guests and the kitchen, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role within the culinary or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for culinary arts and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
