Barista/barstaff

**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Barista's & Bar Staff to join our team.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffees & beverages, including alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilising basic math skills for accurate billing.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Proactive & reliable with an outgoing personality.
- Previous barista experience is advantageous, particularly in crafting specialty coffee drinks.
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Experience in food preparation is preferred to assist in menu offerings.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling payments and providing change accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a busy bar setting while maintaining quality service.

Pay: From £12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
