Directorate Support Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, organised Directorate Support Officer to join our exciting team working in the Emergency and Acute Medicine Directorate based at the Emergency Department, University Hospital of Wales.
The work includes contact with staff, patients, Police, external agencies therefore excellent communication and inter person skills along with a professional and friendly approach is required. You will have a high regard for confidentiality. With a busy workload you must be organised and a capable self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks in order to cope with tight deadlines.
Being able to adapt your working style and pace, you should be able to demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining administrative processes that meet governance requirements.
