**SALARY - £53,000 - £60,000**
Are you an experience Helpdesk Manager / Technical Service Desk Manager looking for a new opportunity?
We have partnered with a market leading organisation in the Maidenhead area who are looking to hire a Helpdesk Manager to join their growing Technology department on a permanent basis.
the Helpdesk Manager will be responsible for managing a technical team of 4 Service Desk Engineers, and will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to achieve outstanding results.
The Helpdesk Manager will be accountable for:
- Managing day-to-day operation of the IT Service Desk
- Monitoring and managing the teams KPI's & SLA's
- Management of Service Desk Engineers and their development
- Taking ownership of Service Desk strategy and direction
The Helpdesk Manager will ideally have experience with:
- Administering & reporting against team KPI's & SLA's
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong organisation skills and have strong leadership skills
- Ability to develop internal & external relationships
