**Front of House Manager - Free Parking - £11.00-£12.00 per hour**

**Job Title**: School Receptionist

**Location**: Halifax - HX2

**Duration**: 3 months with potential to extend

**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 1 hour lunch break

**Start Date**: 4th February

**Pay Rate**:£11.00 - £12.00 per hour

Office Angels are proudly recruiting for a for a temporary Receptionist based in Halifax. This role is in an academy with 900 students so you must be experienced in handling a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently. **Because the role is in an education sector you must also be happy for the client to perform a Risk Assessment as well as undergo a DBS check by Office Angels.**We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

**Main duties**:

- Answering inbound calls
- Transferring to relevant personnel
- Taking messages - This could be around 50 messages a day
- Welcoming new staff/ meeting and greeting
- Recording absences

**Skills and experience required**:

- Competent on the phone and customer facing roles
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Able to work in a fast past environment
