Our Haulfryn family has a fantastic opportunity for a full time **Marketing Executive **to join our growing team at our friendly support office in Maidenhead

We are looking for a confident go-getter who is wanting to progress their career in marketing. This role will support the Web & Digital Manager and Marketing Manager to shape and develop marketing strategies and execute plans to support the business in sales leads generation, on-site event promotions, key communication both internally and externally through owned channels. **What Will You Do**
- Collaborate with park teams to understand and plan activity to support their specific marketing materials requirements.
- Oversee briefing of creative designs (both internally and externally as necessary) by prioritizing, and managing in a timely manner, through the department workflow, and ensuring the brand and key messages are communicated consistently in an engaging way
- Develop and edit promotional materials and park literature as required
- Support the Marketing Manager to manage the marketing budgets including the raising and receipting of purchase orders and processing of invoices
- Manage the Meta business account and the online social media profile of the Haulfryn group, and assist the parks to manage their social media accounts, through assistance of best practices, and posting where necessary.
- Support the digital marketing manager in keeping all websites up to date, especially managing the holiday homes listing area of the website
- Liaise with manufacturers and third party listings to explore promotional opportunities with them, ensure Haulfryn holiday homes are represented on these sites to support lead generation and these listings are kept up to date
- Attend events and get involved in photoshoots as and when required

**What Will You Bring**
- 2+ years' experience in a similar marketing role(s)
- Ability to think and deliver strategically and tactically
- Proven copy writing experience
- Hands-on experience of managing website content: Wordpress CMS knowledge beneficial
- Hands-on experience of managing business social media platforms through Meta Business and knowledge of social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn. (eg content planning, scheduling, performance metrics)
- Strong communication and relationship building skill set - this role requires daily contact with a number of different internal and external stakeholders
- Briefing and delivering creative/design/content requirements via a design studio (internal and external)
- Previous experience managing and working closely and effectively with external agencies/suppliers (including printers)
- Proven track record of continuous improvement: both performance and process
- A keen eye for detail, proofing materials and digesting briefs to be turned in to creative assets
- Creative flair and ability to identify opportunities, and spot areas that require improvement
- Experience generating marketing copy for promotional material and communications
- Proven ability to manage budgets day-to-day, including use of a PO system
