We have a for a Receptionist to join our busy Emsworth office team who deal with all matters in Residential property purchasing and selling.

The role will involve assisting and supporting the department by answering the phone, keeping the office diary, sending documents out, dealing with all stationery request, drafting letters to clients and financial institutions by following instructions, and undertaking general administration duties.

The role requires a good attention to detail and accuracy for producing client documents, the use of a bespoke case management system and of a digital dictation system.

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
