**MAG and WAG Coach - Nile Wilson Gymnastics Leeds**

**Job Title: Coach (British Gymnastics Qualified)**

**Reports To: Head Coach / Assistant Head Coach**

**Location: 2 Elmfield Way, Bramley, Leeds LS13 4UD**

**Level/Salary Range: From £6.00 - £13.00 depending on age and qualification**

**Position Type: Variable Hours available over Monday - Saturday. Includes Saturdays & some early evenings.**

Nile Wilson Gymnastics Leeds are looking for multiple coaches. We are looking for a coach with squad experience, ideally British Gymnastics WAG/MAG Level 3, but can be Level 2.

We are also looking for coaches to join our recreational groups, ideally British Gymnastics Level 1 qualified. These roles are flexible with the hours and days worked but will include evenings and weekends.

Reporting to the Head Coach and working alongside the Leeds Team you will be responsible for coaching groups within our gym timetable including WAG, MAG, Pre School and Adults across our Recreational and Squad development programmes. This will include general coaching, planning of sessions, supporting the gymnasts through competitions where required, general maintenance of the gym. Training will be given for all of our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first class gymnastics experience.

**Person Specification**

We are looking for a confident welcoming coaches with excellent time management skills, positive manner and an ambition to change the game.

Self driven you will enjoy working as part of a busy team but will also be able to manage your own work and be ultimately responsible for your gymnasts and coaching groups in regards to their development and safety. You will have experience of direct customer communication and managing expectations. **Role and Responsibilities**:

- Coaching your Gymnastic Group
- Planning & Delivery of sessions
- Updating all Information on Course Pro
- Taking pride in the presentation of the workplace
- Representing Nile Wilson Gymnastics in a way that meets our culture and expectations
- Maintaining the waiting list levels and communication in relation to this
- Providing an engaging, fun and developmentally focussed programme
- Maintaining and updating all gymnast information on Course Pro
- Communication with Parents / Guardians
- Attend NWG events
- Attend Competitions where necessary
- General Housekeeping Duties
- Engage in your own personal development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
