**The Role**:
**Enhanced Child & Adult DBS in place is a requirement to ensure smooth process of the interview.
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting exams in accordance with the College's policies and procedures
- Ensuring that exam rooms are set up correctly and that all necessary materials are available
- Checking the identity of students and ensuring that they are correctly seated
- Monitoring the conduct of students during exams and dealing with any breaches of exam regulations
- Reporting any irregularities or concerns to the relevant authority
- Collecting and distributing exam materials and ensuring that they are returned securely
- Ensuring that exam rooms are left in a clean and tidy state

**Requirements**:

- ** Enhanced Child & Adult DBS in place**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience as an exam invigilator is desirable but not essential.
