As an SIA Door Supervisor, you will be the friendly face and positive representative of the businesses you provide security for. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and security of customers and staff, maintaining order, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and secure environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers, providing a friendly and approachable presence.
- Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Handle incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures, including age verification and dress code compliance.
- Resolve conflicts and manage challenging situations with a professional and courteous manner.
- Liaise with venue management and emergency services when necessary.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Provide assistance and support to customers and staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License.
- Valid First Aid Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
