Premier Estates is an awarding winning property management company, who are seeking a part time cleaner to help maintain the high standards of this residential building at Saffron Square. Do you have at least 5 years of cleaning experience?

Working Hours

Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday - 07:30am - 16:30pm

Role purpose

To clean the internal and external communal areas of the development to a high standard as directed by the Assistant Facilities Manager and the Development Manager.

Main duties
- Vacuum and mop all communal entrance lobbies.
- Clean and polish communal entrance doors and door furniture.
- Thoroughly clean and polish all communal furniture, fittings, fixtures and equipment.
- Clean lift car interiors, including mirrors, call panels, telephone handset and door surfaces. Mop lift flooring.
- Dust all skirtings, ledges, windowsills and fixtures.
- Empty, clean and replace all communal waste bins.
- Vacuum all carpets on each floor of the buildings.
- Clean and polish all glass entry doors and mirrors.
- Sweep and mop all hard floors in the communal areas.
- A comprehensive clean and disinfect of all sanitary wear and fittings.
- Report any defects, damage, defective light bulbs or security concerns to Estate Operative Supervisor.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the Assistant Facility Manager and the Development Manager. All responsibilities must be undertaken in accordance with the staff rota.
- Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of Premier Estates.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: Up to £13,800.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
