Stock Controller

Our Logistics Team is responsible for ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at an optimum cost for all customers around the globe. We are almost doubling in size this year and will soon be upscaling to a brand new innovation centre based in Aylesbury, with one of the most technological skincare suited labs, large and impressive manufacturing rooms and a top efficient distribution lab. As a Stock Controller, your mission will be to guarantee that every time a stock item is needed it can immediately be found in the right location and in the right conditions. You will oversee the day to day running of the stock control system and includestock coming in, booking stock out and keeping all areas tidy and organised. Please note: Initially the role will be based in Radlett and from June will be based in Aylesbury. **Key responsibilities will include**: - Guarantees full cycle counting of all locations - Makes sure all stock related information is updated in the relevant systems at all times - Inventory management - investigate discrepancies and troubleshoot solutions to prevent future issues and keep the warehouse to the highest standard - Builds and manages relationships between internal teams, ensures communication is effective - Handles return to stock from production and blending - Responsible for RMA processes - Ensures GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times - Have strong attention to detail with numerical skills - Be PC literate with the ability to problem solve - Be someone who is punctual and friendly - Have experience of achieving the highest quality control standards at all times - Be someone organised, articulate and methodical with the ability to work under pressure **About us** Medik8 is one of the fastest-growing skincare brands, focused on science-based skin ageing products centered around the "CSA Philosophy".
