The vacancy is based in Norwich City Centre and is for a full time Repairs and Maintenance Co-Ordinator. Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

The ability to multi-task, schedule works and to be computer literate is essential together with excellent communication and administrative skills, to be extremely well organised and effective in problem solving and a background in Customer Services or customer facing is desirable however we are looking for an applicant with a common sense and can do approach with the willingness to learn, rather than examination qualifications If you have a good knowledge of the local area this would also be beneficial.

The role will include a high level of administration duties to include updating and maintaining databases, assisting with property management inspections, letter writing using standard templates and also generating bespoke correspondence to clients and reporting. Dealing with all aspects of property maintenance,
