**Overview**:

- An outstanding and exciting opportunity has arisen for a part or fully CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser individual who wishes to become a whole of market mortgage broker in the Maidstone area.
- As a trainee mortgage broker, you will receive a basic ranging from £18,000 to £24,000 dependent upon experience, with financial guarantees, full training, and the opportunity to become a regulated whole of market mortgage and protection broker for oneof the UK’s best-known mortgage broker brands.

**Main Duties**:

- Working with this well-known mortgage broker firm, with a proven training and development plan, you will progress from being a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser and become a whole of market mortgage and protection broker in the Maidstone,Kent area
- After the 3-week induction course where you will receive in-depth training, you will be able to meet clients face to face or via zoom offering whole of market advice on mortgages and protection with day to day on the job training.
- Working alongside the dedicated in house training team, as well as the mortgage sales manager, other mortgage brokers within the business and an office manager by your side, you will complete the CeMAP qualification if required, if you already have theCeMAP qualification, our client will help you gain valuable on job experience to offer professional whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, with all cases checked to ensure that you are being compliant to meet the FCA rulesand regulations.
- Working within the Maidstone area, you will work alongside an incentivised team of professional introducers receiving leads on a day-to-day basis and be part of a team.
- Starting as a trainee mortgage broker in the Maidstone area, once you have gained the experience, feel comfortable and confident to offer your clients full mortgage and protection advice the option to work from home or the office will be on offer, and youwill always be employed with good basic and fantastic earnings.

**Key Skills**:

- Applications will be considered from fully or part CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage brokers or trainee mortgage advisers with sales experience ideally within a financial or strong customer focused environment, living in the Maidstone, Kent area.
- A clean credit history, no criminal convictions along with a full UK driving licence is a necessity for this absolutely fantastic opportunity.
