**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire. As Client Co - Ordinator you will:

- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Building schedules for clients with matched Care Professionals
- Co-ordinating new and existing care packages
- And much more

**Qualifications**:
As a Client Co-Ordinator you must have achieved or working towards completing a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent. Experience within the care section is essential, a passion for delivery hight customer service and have the knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health Social care is desired.

You will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.
