Are you an Events professional, looking for a new opportunity that’s varied and interesting?

We’re looking for a Senior Events Executive to join our dynamic Events team for the next 12 months.

Every year is different in the Simplyhealth events calendar but always pretty exciting (we hope) Your events could include hospitality, conferences, exhibitions; they could be in the UK or further afield, and they can be both externally and internally facing.

As part of an Events team of 5, you’ll have plenty of autonomy - in fact, you’ll project manage your events in their entirety. This includes responsibility for the budget, the logistics and the people - and you’ll have Cvent at your fingertips to aid your operational management of these projects.

There’s also the opportunity to develop your leadership and coaching experience, as one of the two Event Executives in the team will directly report into you.

**As a Senior Events Executive, a lot of day to day work can be handled remotely, but you will need to attend the Andover office for inductions, briefings, logistics and more, so being able to access Andover semi-regularly is essential. **You might know it as flexible or hybrid working, for us it’s just another day living our best lives**
- You’re an established professional in Events. You’ll have previous experience of planning and delivering events - either as the project manager or as someone with significant responsibility.
- **UK driving licence** is essential and the willingness to travel when required to events
- You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to engage with a variety of stakeholders involved (internal and external to Simplyhealth). This includes the ability to negotiate, as you’ll have budgetary responsibility for your projects
- You’ll have a flair for marketing - you’ll need to showcase your events through supporting literature and digital content.
- Finally, you’ll confidently work at pace, with a flexible and adaptable approach given all of the moving parts underpinning events.
