**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective transport plans that optimise routes and reduce costs.
- Analyse transportation data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with transport providers and negotiate contracts as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in all transport operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide teams towards achieving objectives.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making processes.
- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within the transport sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
