**What you’ll be doing..**
- To take a leading role in developing effective processes and measures to identify and address anti-social behaviour.
- To work closely with staff, partners, stakeholder, the Police and other agencies to tackle the causes of anti-social behaviour at its source and to develop joint solutions to shared problems.
- To be a primary point of contact for My Space for joint agency working on Anti-Social Behaviour Orders and other multi-agency solutions for dealing with anti-social behaviour.
- To support staff and work with other agencies to gather evidence to coordinate responses to the community, victims, perpetrators and witnesses of anti-social behaviour, including hate crime, where appropriate, ensuring that appropriate records are kept across the association.
- To keep up to date with legislative requirements and best practice in addressing anti-social behaviour and advice relevant staff, arranging training or workshops where appropriate.
- To prepare detailed reports on progress and statistics regarding My Space’s response to anti-social behaviour for the Head of Operations.
- To prepare files and paperwork for legal action and presentation to court, attending court as a professional witness if necessary.
- To contribute on decisions on legal action on individual cases, making recommendations on the most appropriate remedy and taking the lead on gathering of evidence, preparation of case files and witness statements.
- To promote anti-social behaviour initiatives and success widely through a variety of media and develop and implement preventative and diversionary measures in dealing with anti-social behaviour.
- To assist and advice housing support officers in developing problem solving groups and co-ordinating relevant agencies to ensure timely and appropriate action.
- To develop My Space’s commitment to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- To comply with My Space policies and procedures including those relevant to safeguarding and health and safety.

**What we will be looking for from you**:

- Extensive experience of Anti-Social Behaviour management.
- Experience of housing management regulations in relation to supported housing
- Experience of delivering high levels of customer services and implementing co-production principles
- Experience of identifying and managing risk
- Experience of taking tenancy enforcement action including preparing document for court
- Excellent administrative skills including IT skills and effective report writing
- Knowledge of a wide range of solutions when responding effectively to tenancy breaches and ASB
- The ability to deliver creative solutions to secure engagement by vulnerable and socially excluded tenants
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing vulnerable and excluded people
- Excellent communication skills and enable engagement with people in a wide range of situations
- Well developed and wide ranging negotiating and problem solving skills
- Able to produce clear, concise and persuasive written reports on complex issues
- Ability to work independently and to do the right thing at the right time
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and deal with crisis
- Car driver with access to a car for business use
