**Location**:Primary place of work will be within Conwy and Denbighshire; however, work is based at any property or location in the ownership of Crest.

**Reports directly to**:Assistant Retail Manager

Crest is a charity based in North Wales that helps individuals of all backgrounds take positive steps forward in their lives through the medium of re-use and recycling enterprises. Crest was established in 1998 to help disadvantaged individuals increase their skills and gain employment; this remains our core mission value.

Crest currently has 4 community retail stores in Llandudno Junction, Colwyn Bay, Rhyl and Llandudno, and a dedicated reuse and recycling hub in Llandudno Junction. We work extensively with local partners and the wider community to repurpose pre-loved electrical goods, furniture, household goods and clothing for retail back into the community for reuse.

Our extensive Volunteering Programme and Supported Ability Placement Scheme provide many opportunities for members of the community to gain work experience, develop new skills and contribute to their community. Furthermore we invest in our staff with ongoing career support and personal development/skills training. **Who we are looking for**:
Due to continued success. We are now seeking a Retail Assistant that will help with the smooth running of our community retail stores in Llandudno Junction, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Rhyl on a rotation basis with the support of the Retail Manager.
