**Introduction
- **200 Degrees are independent speciality coffee roasters, purveyors of distinctive coffee shops, and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks.

We are now recruiting for a Head Barista with infectious personality and incredible coffee skills at our coffee shop in Liverpool.

Your coffee knowledge and skills will need to be at a high level, and you will need to be comfortable training and quality managing other staff in this areas of the business. You will also potentially be trained up to run public courses at the Barista Schools in other sites across the group.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
- Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment
- Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers
- Be able to dial in a coffee grinder and maintain a consistent shot time
- Have advanced latte art skills
- Be organised, hard-working and reliable
- To inspire a team of baristas to never stop developing their own coffee skills
- Ideally be confident to run coffee workshops and tasting events for customers
- Be excited to learn how to deliver experiences to remember to our Barista school guests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
